InDesign retarget document for web (via Dreamweaver)

InDesign print design re-targeting for web     CS2    XP Pro

I have a project (40-page magazine) that needs to have the capability to easily re target all articles from each issue to web using CSS.

Just exporting a PDF and posting that on the web is not a solution for this client.

Does anyone have any references/pointers for designing master pages and process flow to make this easily done, hopefully mapping master pages into DW templates somehow?

For instance is there an equivalent flow for "package for dreamweaver" using ID CS2?

I know about this article:

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thanks for those pointers, and i've still been searching over the last week;  i was hoping for a way to define a master page such that it had a secondary purpose as the format of a web page hidden in it.
