We use Veritas to backup Exchange 2000.  A user lost one of his Tasks - I can see it in the restore dialogue on the Veritas backup system.

Can I just restore that one task and have it show up in his Outlook?

Thanks

I doubt it, but better call Veritas/Symantec to be sure.
