hp 8100 print is "shifted" to the right.  Mainly on the first page, suggesting a roller problem but new rollers dont fix it.  no paper jams, not always the same amount of shift.  i.e., the left margin moves over to the right, and the right margin is sometimes off the page. Otherwise the printer is fine.

Yes, we tried the printer on another pc. The problem is the same from any of the three paper sources, including manual, changed toner cartridge, installed new rollers. It even does this on print configuration pages from the control panel.  Could this be a motherboard problem.

Sounds like the formatter board needs to be replaced.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
