I found WhereIsIt (<a href="http://www.whereisit-soft.com" rel="ugc">www.whereisit-soft.com</a>). it's a great software but it lacks some important features for example exporting the hole catalog file to another format , Customize reporting structure, custom entry tag (for example movies can have genre, rate , artist etc) and including them into reports.<br />
