grabbing data sent from web browser

Hi,
is there any way to see the exact data sent from a web browser on the machine where the browser is? i dont have access to the webserver + want to see the exact data sent from the browser.

try this open a web page then go to  View> Source
other than that its just an ip address, whatever is hidden or imbedded in the web page differs from each page.
I'm not sure I fully understand your question too.
