PIX 501 VPN questions...

I need to set up a 501 PIX at 3 locations, hq, site1, and site2. Traffic from sites1 and 2 to hq needs to be secured via a site to site vpn.  There are a handful of users at site1 and 2 (not sure of exact number). My questions...

Is there anything I need to know about Cisco licensing in this scenario? i.e. I'm assuming the licensing is for concurrent connections. Is this correct or is this per MAC address?
Can a PIX 501 have 2 different VPN sites configured? i.e. can the hq PIX accept 2 different site to site VPN's.

Easy points for someone. Please answer all questions if possible. Thanks.
