Filtering XML

Hi,
 
i want to be able to remove some element from an XML before sending it to some server. This is happening in real-time. What tools can i use?

You will probably have to parse the xml yourself and remove the offending elements. You can look at any easy examples of parsing with SAX and they will output nodes to the screen for example. That can be easily change to generate xml.

There's also the alternative of using an XSL stylesheet to generate another xml file from the input file. The XSL file will specify which nodes to keep out.
