Is there anyway I can watch out going SOAP messages from my machine?

I have an IP Traffic Monitor from Skyward, but it's not helping me.

Personally, I use ethereal :

        http://www.ethereal.com/

It requires a basic understanding of network protocols, but you can very easily get the information you need. Just start capturing data from the network interface, then set a filter for the IP and port of the destination and/or source machines, and then click right on one of the packets and choose "Follow TCP stream".

Any network sniffer will do though ... (tcpdump is pretty good on Linux/UNIX for example)
