In Vs 2003 you can find them in

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Graphics\bitmaps\OffCtlBr\Large\Color\open.bmp
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Graphics\bitmaps\OffCtlBr\Small\Color\open.bmp

In VS 2005

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\VS2005ImageLibrary\VS2005ImageLibrary.zip

When you unzip the file you can find in the location you unzipped it to in the folder

VS2005ImageLibrary\VS2005ImageLibrary\bitmaps\commands

in any one of the sub-folder by bit size
