FTP Issues

I have a workstation that can use the network with no problems, connect to the internet with no problems, but is having an issue using a command prompt or a program called reflection with ftp. You can connect ok, but unable to cd, ls, copy, etc. You can however use Windows explorer just fine for FTP. What's the deal?

It may requier that it be set to passsive mode FTP.

Check the iE settings and the refection settings to make sure that they match.
