Hi,
My jsp page works fine for http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core tag but when I introduce
http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/sql taglib, I get following error:
index.jsp:9: `http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/sql ' has no matching taglib-uri.
The taglib uri must match a taglib-uri for a taglib specified in the web.xml
or implicitly in a taglib.tld in the tag jar.

I am using resin 3.0.23 servlet container . Any comments on how can I fix it .

You have to add the taglib tld to the web.xml.
In your web.xml you have entries like
  <taglib>
    <taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/struts-logic.tld</taglib-uri>
    <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/struts-logic.tld</taglib-location>
  </taglib>

you need an additional <taglib> entry for your new Taglib, with a valid taglib-URI (relative paths are okay)

You also need to declare the taglib in the JSP you want to use it:

<%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/struts-logic.tld" prefix="logic" %>

It seems like, you don't have a valid URI in your web.xml.
