traffic and or bandwidth  monitor

Hi guys i know i have another question open with this but i thought i would try it in a different area, basicly what i want to do is record the amount of traffic (MB and then i will convert it to gb) that is comming in to my computer would only like to see that stuff that is comming from the internet but if i cant do that then just in tothe computer will be fine, i have been playing around with some stuff but the numbers that i am looking at are not right, i would really love some help here
