I am processing a webservice using javascript... one of the elements returned is a byte array of a document.. so it is base64 encoded binary data...

I need to know if anyone can help me write this to disk using javascript?

Thank you

There are utility functions that let you read/write Base64 data here:

http://www.webtoolkit.info/javascript-base64.html

Javascript won't let you write directly to the disk, though -- it's a security violation.  If you're using IE, you have access to the Windows Scripting Host, but the user will (and properly) get a warning.
