distribution agent failed and just idle

Hi,
On my transactional replication, the distribution agent has shown me an error as below.

"the concurrent snapshot for publication <> has not been activate by the log reader agent"

I see the log reader agent is running and replicated the commands

if you deployed this publication from script make sure you set @status='active' in your sp_addpublication call
