Assuming you have an extra monitor pluged in to your PC and your PC supports multiple monitors ... right click on your desktop select properties this will open the display properties. Got ot eh settings tab, on this tab you will see a choice for monitors stating "Drag the monitor icons to match the physical arrangement of your monitor" select monitor 2 and you see the settings appear where you can set this up ... look at the last option on the tab, its a check box stating "Extend my desktop onto this monitor". You can also set the resolutuion and color quality here also.

The display seeting can also be accessed by selcting start\settings\control panel\display
