Remove frames from .SWF file

I have a .swf file and I need to remove some frames.  I have Sothink SWF Decompiler 3.5, Sothink SWF Quicker 2.5 & Macromedia Flash 8 if these are what I need.  What do I have to do?

Sothink SWF Decompiler 3.5 can convert ur SWF file into FLA file .... when u got the FLA file open it with flash and edit it and remove the frames u want
