Backing up server with acronis enterprise server!

I am trying to backup a server using Acronis for the first time the server is using mirror scsi hard drives.  I get the following error.  This application has requested runtime to terminate in an unusal way.

The program that cause this Acronis True Image enterprise server.  Please help!

have you tried booting rom the acronis cd to do the image instead of running it through windows. If that doesn't work then re-install acronis.

I need help loading the drivers using acronis restore program.  The program doesn't come up! for me eventhough it loaded.
