Unable to launch the citrix application through the web...any ideas?

Not near enough information.

What version of Citrix?
How is the farm setup?  i.e. how many servers. which servers run what Citrix component
What version of Web Interface?
What are your DMZ settings in the Access Suite Console?
Did you setup the altaddr stuff?

Its Citrix 4.0

Web Interface, DMZ Setting, altadd has been setup Citrix can be accessed from the web outside the company. The problem is the E61 client from the phone. Note: I use port 94 to access the citrix web from an internet explorer. Could it be that the cell phone provider shut off the port? But when I connect the phone with a WI-FI connection still cannot get connected.

Becuase the client is running several web servers and each one needs its own port from a routing point of view. The Citrix works well from IE outside the org and we the following format to connect:

http://domain:94/citrix

Then user name and pass...etc.
