Thunderbird + GPG / OS X

Hello,

Does anyone know of a good tutorial to integrate GPG and Mozilla Thunderbird on Mac OS X (10.4.9)?  I have found some of one or the other, but not both.

TIA

TIA see the below links for more info on how to set this up on your MAC :

http://enigmail.mozdev.org/index.html - Enigmail is an extension to the mail client of Mozilla / Netscape and Mozilla Thunderbird which allows users to access the authentication and encryption features provided by GnuPG

http://macgpg.sourceforge.net/  - Mac GNU Privacy Guard

Hello,

I have tried the steps suggested...

Installed MacGPG, configured GPG for OS X, but the hang-up occurs when I try to install the enigmail extension.  Thunderbird returns an error that indicates the extension is incompatible with my version of Thunderbird (1.5.0.10).

Any ideas why?

Thx
What version of enigmail. The lastest version is Version 0.94.3.1 — April 2, 2007 — 519 KB - try this a see how it goes.

You could try this setup with the new beta thunderbird but you may find the extensions are not supported

That is the version I have.  I downloaded it twice and tried the install that many times.

and you tried the beta version also?
No, I have tried the Beta 2 version.  Where can you get it?

Thx

Here is the link to DL TB beta 2. But I would advise exhausting the troubleshooting notes provided above on TB ver 1.5 before trying the new beta as it may not work and I could find no confirmation either that this will resolve the issue either.

Also newsgroup support is available :

Did you find a solution TIA?
I have to wait for an updated build of enigmail, for now I am using last build's version.  So, yes, I did find a solution and it is working.

Thanks
