Users search using Mobile Number from Global Address List

From my outlook i can search users using Display name,First name,Last name,Title,Alias,Company,Department,Office, City.But I would like to search users using their Mobile Phone Number.Please advice me what configureation or tools i need to intergate with exchange 2003 so that from my Global address list I can search users using their mobile phone number.

You can configure AD to do this. It's called ANR and you can find the steps to add the phone number here: http://www.petri.co.il/harnessing_the_power_of_anr.htm
