RPC Over HTTP no longer works after certificate renewal

We have had RPC over http/https working for some time now.  Recently, we renewed our SSL Certificate.  Since then, RPC over HTTP is not longer working.  I can not get it to connect from the inside or the outside.  It will only connect via TCP/IP.

BTW, it is a Go daddy certificate

Go to OWA over HTTPS from the same PC. Do you get any warnings about the certificate?

Did you import all of the intermediate certificates for GoDaddy?

After hours on line I found a solution which pointed to the inherited Active Directory permissions . You have to give/allow permissions to the "Exchange trusted subsystem" for the user in the Active Directory...
