I know there is a way to hide/show BCC in Outlook.  Is there anyway to hide CC in Outlook 2003?

No, CC will show on a new email message.  MS does not have an option listed to remove this.

You can hide/show BCC by the following (although you already know that):

OK....I thought I had it by making a new form....but apparently that doesn't work unless you open the form when making the e-mail, which is more of a hassle than anything else.  Oh well, I guess I will have to write to Microsoft and ask them if this could be an option :-)   Id ask if you know if its the same deal in Office 2007, but I would assume so (nor am I going to tell my boss to buy x amount of dollars for new office software when his current software does fine)

I had the beta version of Office 2007, and am pretty sure (about 90%) that it was the same in Outlook 2007.

If the entire office suite is too expensive, you may want to consider using OpenOffice for your basic office suite software (www.openoffice.org), it's free and fully functional.  Then if you still need/want, you can purchase Outlook 2007 licenses by themselves (a lot less than buying the entire Office 2007 suite).
