Server Service Hanging out

I have a Citrix Server running Windows 2000 on it. I dont know what happen but I can not log in to the Citrix Farm. I went to event log and i found the IMA is not started. I tried to start but i got an error and then i found out some time later the "server" service also has the status starting.. but at the end hanged out. The ID i got is 7022 and i dont know what can be the reason that it is not working from one day to the other.
please help me to solve this as my external users can not connect to citrix.
thanks

I don't know Citrix, but this link from MS regarding your error id may help:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319127

possibly this link from Citrix:

The problem it is with the Server Services (services.exe) which remains in a starting status and of course as IMA depends on this,IMA is not starting.  however, accessing on safe mode with networking the server service started without any problem.

and in safe mode the service that i couldnt start is the Windows Management  Instrumentation  Driver Extension, but when you start the server in normal mode this service started fine but not the other.
