SMS Alert Software for Windows Servers and Services

Is there a package out there  that allows for SMS messages to be sent to administrators, warning them of a Windows Server service failure, Ideally this software can be used on multiple servers and if possible, it would be nice if the software could also monitor pings to servers and notify if a server itself goes down.

Any ideas?

CreamyG,

hmm you would probably need to configure alerts with sysmonitor and use an app like this
