The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 1 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
event id:7031

server gets hanged for every one hour and no body can logon on this server. when i see on the server i get this error can some body help me to fix this error

The above is for 2003 server as this it what I assume your using as you are in this section,
however your event ID did relate to W2K quite a lot some years back and NOT having SP4 installed.
