Warning message on login

I require a well worded "warning" message for entry into my network. Something when staff first login.

ie  "you are accessing a secure network unauthorized use is prohibited.  Anything you do can be investigated so don't do any illegal"..

Just a bit more eloquent..  I am sure there is a template somewhere.

Who is Participating?
I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can look at the disclaimer page of many well known sites to get some ideas. e.g.

 or even

first one is good but too short.  Needs to be very professional.

r-k, these are more for web portals and not entry into a network.
