Error running program in OllyDbg debugger

I have OllyDbg 1.1

I load a particular EXE in OllyDbg.

When I press F9 to Run it, I get the error: E0002 -- Error loading program.

What does it mean ? What is the solution ?

Pls. guide me step by step as I am new to OllyDbg and new to Assembly Language in general.
