Importing into Checkbox fields in notes view

Hi all,

I am having a problem trying to import values into a checkbox fields.  When I export, multivalue fields is inserted into the next rows, so how would I be able to import them.  In the view they are displayed as comma separated.  Need to get these done ASAP, can someone please help.

If you are using the Import feature from the File menu, you will need to create a COL file.  A COL file allows you to apply @Formulas to your import data (@Explode, for example).  Search the Designer Help database for "col file" and you should find what you need.

I'm looking for the help for the COL file, and I'm not really understanding how to import a list field. will keep looking, but is trying to wrap this up urgently so any more specific pointer is greatly appreciated, thanks for the help.

What format is the import file?
Are you using the Import feature from the File menu?

I'm using wk4 import function from file menu.

my temporary fix was this:  Create text field, import into text field, use translation @explode(textfield) to get it working.  There should be a better way to do this no??
