Migrating a Citrix Application server from a Workgroup to a Domain

Hello

This is a question for Citrix on a Windows 2003 platform.
I curretly have a Citrix Applicatio farm which is in a Workgroup.  I am looking to add the servers into a domain and I am wondering what affects might there be to the servers in doing this.  Would it affect user log ons, service accounts or applications hosted on the servers?
My aim was to add the machines to the domains and create new AD users that are currently local on the server farm.

Watch out for Group Policy that will apply to your Citrix servers when you join them to the domian.  If in doubt I would creat a special OU for the Terminal Servers, enable the optiont to Block Policy Inheritance and then put in a user policy that enables Loopback Processing: Replace.  The Block will keep most computer policies from overwriting your local ones (such as local rights for the Ctx_SmaUser account) and the Loopback will keep all of your user policies from coming across.  
A higher level "No Override" will preempt your Block Inheritance.
