In SSIS - The Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services Script Task.
Write scripts using Microsoft Visual Basic
Does this has to be in Visual basic or it can be alao in C#?

Script tasks must be coded in VB.NET. You can write custom task components in C#. The task's assembly must be copied to the appropriate directory on the client or server, and also to the GAC. You can read about custom tasks at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms135965.aspx, and a complete sample is described at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms160699.aspx.
