I am trying to push a package in SMS 2003 SP1 and I keep getting 10035 msg "
The program for advertisement "PRG20129 has not yet started because the content for the package "PRG00257" - "Standard Batch File install" (version 4) has not been acquired. Possible cause: The content for this program must be downloaded into the computer’s cache, or the content could not be located. Solution: If the program is being downloaded, no action is required. The program will start once the download has been successfully completed. If the content can not be located, ensure that a distribution point with this content is available for this computer. "
I have increased the cache and the distribution point has not change? I don't get it - I need some direction asap pls

1) when you created the package, did you specify a location for the SOURCE files?

2) After you created the package, did you define Distribution points?  You might also want to right click distribtuion points, and choose All Tasks --> update

3) You can look under Status in the SMS Adminitrator console --> Packages ... then find your package and refresh the status... make sure that each of the defined Distribution points has actually received a copy of the source files.

4) make sure that the client has BITS enabled (if you are using the DOWNLOAD advanced option on your ADV SMS clients) in the adv.  also make sure that the client machine can PING the distribution point...

5) check the SMS client logs:  c:\windows\system32\ccm\logs
