Not able to see files in Quarantine on Exchange 2003

I went to my Manage Quarantine on my Exchange 2003 Server and am getting the following:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009'

Subscript out of range: '[number: 0]'

/Quarantine.asp, line 146

It shows one box, I checked it and tried to do a release, but nothing happens.  Has anyone ever seen this before?

This is urgent, any help is much appreciated.  I do see in the app event log:

The process SAVFMSESp.exe was restarted.  And

The Quarantine directory has exceeded a set limit.
Limit Information:

Quarantine date limits specify not to keep data more than 90 days.
Currently at least one Quarantine item is older than this limit.

Thank you in advance

From eventid.net: "To solve this problem, open Symantec for Exchange -> Click Monitor -> Under Views click Quarantine -> Select the items older than 120 days (or select all items) -> Click Delete.
Open Symantec for Exchange -> Click Monitor -> Under Views click Quarantine Setting -> Check Delete Oldest Item box under "When a threshold is met" -> Click Deploy Changes."

Also check this Symantec article: http://entkb.symantec.com/security/output/n2004052111261854.html

Hope this helps.
