Windows Server 2003 Standard with MOM2005
5 x Windows XP workstations with 1GBit NICs

Can anyone recommend an easy to use application that will show me what network traffic is passing between  the PCs and server on a LAN?  The server is the only DC and all workstations point to it for DNS.

I have Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 but unsure how to use it to for this task.  The network appears to be running slower than it should and I want to identify any PCs that might somehow be slowing things down.

Any guidance would be appreciated.  High points because its fairly time-criticial.

Microsoft recently released their latest version (3) of Network Monitor. I like it - fairly easy to use and it's free!
