Delete email for user on Exchage 2003

I have changed user names and email accounts for some users and I want to delete the contents of their old mailbox, but leave the email active, i have rles running for forwarding and need that tor un for a few months. I used Exmerge to export the data to a pst file. I would now just like to delete the mail now.
