setup a public folder as a mailbox

hello I have started a new job and at this job they have public folders for all the ex employees. This is setup ounder public folders so no big deal, but my boss wants me to setup one of teh employees in a mailbox type format in outlook. they have otehr public folders setup like this any help

You have a public folder already and now you want it to have an e-mail address, am I correct?

In that case..

Start the "Exchange System Manager" program
Under Action->Properties, check the box "display administrative groups"
Administrative groups should now be visible in the tree.
Go to Administrative groups->First Adminsitrative group->Folders->Public Folders
Right click on the Public folder you want to assign e-mail address to and choose "properties"
Go to the tab "E-mail addresses"
