Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition Intel CPU support question.
First of all: I'm confused.
Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition states that supports up to 4 CPU's per server.

Would the following configuration work?
Dell PowerEdge 2950 with 2 Quad Core Intel Xeon® E5335.

Thanks in advance.
