Backup solution suggestion We have 2 nt server and a couple of linux server.  we also have about 15 laptop users and a couple of aother pc's  Currently we are using a linux box as a backup server and use 50Gb ATI tape drive as well as script file everywhere to get the backups done.  It is just not working well in total.  I need any sugestion as to what is available to get our backup situation more automated and user friendly so that we dont have only one person that knows what is going on.  I will apreciate any sugestions, advice, referals and any info to help us make and informed decision.  IWe would at this stage look at a total of 5 tera byte space with upgradebillity in the future and would like a comercial boxed solution

Thanks

I would suggest you try read over my backup comment here:

If you have any questions or comments on this, please feel free to post them here.

In addition, I just finished a backup worksheet in excel that might be of use to you - note: it's the first version and technically, you'd be first person to potentially use it in a "valueable" way - so if you had any comments on it or problems with it, please let me know.  You can download the sheet from here:

I'd recommend you to use True Image Enterprise Server, as far as I can see it satisfies all you requirements. You can read more about its features here: http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATIESWin/comparison.html
Good Luck.
