Yes it is an Exchange environment (dont know what the senders is though) and mail is delivered directly to it, would it be worth asking the sender if they know what mail system they use do you think?<br />

An external person is trying to send to our domain and receiving the message &quot;Unable to chdir to maildir. (#4.2.1)<br />
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.&quot;<br />
We dont seem to have anyone else with a problem sending to us.<br />
