Lotus Domino R5 and R7 Cross Certification Problem
Hi,
Is it possible for both R5 and R7 Domino servers be cross-certified?
I'ved corss certified both R5 & R7 server.id, but i cannot send mails to each other?
I've already configured Connection documents and directory assistance db, and cross certfied each server.id,
Here is the error log:
04/27/2007 03:23:34 PM Server trng60/ND5 reported the following problem causing authentication to fail: Attempted encryption operation is not supported by this version of Notes.
04/27/2007 03:23:34 PM Error connecting to server TRNG60/ND5: Server error: Attempted encryption operation is not supported by this version of Notes.
Please advice,
Thanks

This solution is only available to members.

Each new version usually allows more bits ( 64, 128, 256 )
You may need to upgrade R5 to R6.5 since R5 is no longer supported and r 6.0x is also about to be obsolete.
I hope this helps !
