Delayed Emails - Exchange 2003

We are experiencing delayed emails from our exchange server.  For instance, someone from within our company sends an email to another person in the company.  That person will not get the email until the next day.   We are using exchange 2003 and our company is located in one location.

Is this a single server and single store environment?

yes, just one server and one exchange store.  I am the admin of the server.
Interesting.
In Exchange System Manager there will be a queues object underneath the server object.
What status, if any, if there of the servers and messages?
here is a screenshot of that section

Have you got message tracking enabled?
Does that show the delay?

Simon.

I was able to track the emails and found out that it was user error.

Is there a way in Exchange System Manager for me to run reports on people's email usage?
No.
You have to use third party tools.
Take a look at the links on my web page: http://www.amset.info/exchange/message-tracking.asp
