I support a network that is older. They are running Window's SBS 2000 and office 2000 on XP machines. Printing problems are usually straight-forward, but this one I cannot solve. About two months ago, several HP 4000 printers started to intermittently shrink a picture when printing. Now I thought this was only a printer problem; however, &nbsp;If you go to print preview it looks fine but when you try to print that email, the picture is shrunk. I tried forwarding that same email that had a picture embedded in it, and the recipient received it shrunk in Outlook! Users have reported that some websites that they try to print directly from have the same behavior. It appears that this is a new problem... so how do I resolve this without upgrading to 2007 (which I am already testing). Has anyone experienced this before? Does a recent patch cause this behavior?

A printer is a peripheral which makes a persistent human readable representation of graphics or text on paper or similar physical media.
