I have an Outlook/Exchange problem. When I start Outlook, the error message that I am getting is "Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded again. Cannot locate recurrence information for this appointment." How do I get rid of this message?

The /cleanreminders option did not work - but going into the recurrence list view allowed me to remove the calendar item.

Thank you fro providing this solution. Viewing the list of recurring appointments in Outlook 2003 [Select Calendar, then View > Arranged by > Current View > Recurring Appointments] lets you pick the one that has an alternative icon.
Reoccuring view > then delete the entry worked for me also.
