Running Filemaker on SBS 2003

I have a client that is running Filemaker Pro version 3.0 on a Mac platform. They also are running windows environment for everything else. We would like to upgrade their current PC server which is currently a workstation to a tru server. We also would like to move Filemaker to that server. Ideally we would like to install Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 (5 node environment). So question, can Filemaker run on SBS 2003 and if yes, in the future when we upgrade to File Maker 8.5 can we still run it on one server environment. Current FileMaker consultatn wants to see two servers, however two servers looks like an overkill for 5 user environment. What do you think.
