File Replication

I have a customer who has a Windows 2003 SBS network with about 8 users. The person who originally set up this network oversold them on a lot of hardware, and to make a long story short he has 2 servers with identical hardware configurations. Since he only needs 1 for his office he would like to set the other up in his home and replicate the information from the office to home, essentially giving him an off site backup. Using just DSL or Cable lines, what would be the best solution? I've read a little bit about File Replication Service and Distributed File Systems, but this sounds like it would be overwhelming for the bandwidth DSL or cable can provide. Any suggestions would be most helpful.

Thanks,
Scott

Thanks Guys. Your input is much appreciated. You both have pretty much echoed my original thoughts, but it's good to hear them from someone else. Turns out that this customer actually was sold 3 servers for his 8 user network, so we are probably going to purchase one from him and use that money towards getting a good tape backup solution. As far as the other 2 servers,  I'll probably use bisquitlips1's idea and setup the 2nd server to function as a fallback for the network.

Thanks again for the input!!!!

We used the DFS Namespace "failover" solution for several months successfully.   It has been called a cheap man's cluster, but I wouldn't even call it that.

It does work well for what it was designed to do and the Namespace is a good feature.
