That worked, but I seem to be missing my Exchange features that I normally see in AD. Do I need to install an Exchange admin pak as well? I increased the point value and will credit both of you with points for assisting.

Thanks!
On Windows XP run the Setup.exe from the Exchange CD and only select to install the administrative tools. Now you can administer the Exchange features in Active Directory from the client machine.
You can add the Exchange tabs by installing the Exchange management tools from yor Exchange CD. To do this you first have to meet the Exchange installation requirements, so IIS, SMTP, NNTP, etc have to be installed on your client. You can remove these components after installing the Exchange management tools.

I have IIS and SMTP installed, but I cannot find NNTP in any of the component add-ins. When I pop in the Exchange CD and do only the admin tools install, it keeps saying that I need NNTP installed first. How do I get that option to become avaiilable?
NNTP snap-in should be installed with "adminpak.msi": http://support.microsoft.com/kb/834121
Now you've got me. ;)

Im going to remove IIS and all sub components - remove  the Windows 2003 admin pak - reboot and then re-install. I will see if anything changes. BRB

No luck. I dont see the NNTP option available to be checked or unchecked. I know that it is supposed to be in the IIS add/remove components. I could see when installing the Admin pak that it referenced a file with NNTP in the file name, but for some reason its just not showing up. Any ideas?
