Trying to get a 3rd party boot loader, ghost, win2k3 and vista to boot

multi-booting with Vista at its worst. At my job, we use XOSL as a boot loader, a Ghost partion for backups, XP and Win2k3 for our OS. I am trying to get vista to play nice with this setup. I have installed vista in place of win2k3. All was working prior to installing vista. If I re-install XOSL, vista is no longer bootable and XP can be if I fix the MBR. I know that vista uses BCDEDIT.exe in place of the BOOT.ini file. But at sometime soon, my company will be moving to vista and this will be an issue.
