I have a USB Flash drive that I want synchronized with a folder in My Documents. So under My Documents, I have a folder call &quot;Portable Drive&quot;, how do I make it so that anytime that flash drive is plugged in, it synchrnizes with that folder (so changes can be made from either area). By the way, I don't have a U3 enabled flash drive and I've read that it's in the hardware so I got no chnace of converting it.
