Symantec Back-up and Trend Micro - "File is in Use"

Hello,

I am currently running SBS 2003 with Symantec Backup Exec 10d and Trend Micro Client Sever Messaging Security.  Every once in a while (1 out of five) my back up job will complete but record exceptions in the job log.

For Example:

Media used: B2D000024
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Sever\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\db_NetworkVirusLog.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\db_VARiskLevelMap.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\db_VASLog.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbAcntMang.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbCfwLog.cdx
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbCfwLog.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbClientCfg.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbClientExtra.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbClientInfo.cdx
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbClientInfo.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbConf.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbDCSInfo.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbIDSLog.dbf
File is in use: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB\dbMetaAlert
etc.........

I do have the open file option running on this job.  My two questions are:

1) What is causing this?
2) Should I just adjust the job to ignore the Trend Micro folder?

I have been told that it isn't a big deal but I would like to get some other opinions

Cheers,

Todd
