MS Exchange 2003 Sending on behalf of a distribution list

I am running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 on Microsoft Windows 2003 server.  I have created a distribution list called support.  I would like to enable a few users who are a member of this list to send mail as "support@domain.com".  I know how to use delegates with uses but I cannot find anywhere in the AD administration tabs to delegate users to send mail out as the distribution list e-mail.

I have read other posts that refer to a "Secuity Tab" when the distribution list properties window is opened in AD but I do not have this tab.

Does anyone know how to add users to send on behalf of a distribution list?
