"Server busy" message when opening Crystal reports.
We are having a problem when users are trying to open a Crystal Report. The "server busy" with the "switch to" choice pops up. When you hit "switch to" the users Windows Start menu starts up.
Crystal eventually opens, but the switch to message is confusing a lot of our users and the delay is causing problems. Has anybody encountered this problem?

It is happening when the report is opened through an application as a viewer and when we open the Crystal Reports designer tool.
